When posting notes, it is possible to mark them as hidden. This means that only account admins, anyone mentioned in the note and the person that posts the note are able to see it in the system. For all other users, the note will not be visible.

The flip "Secured recruitment notes" makes all notes hidden by default. When the eye icon (see image above) is blue, the note will be posted as hidden.

Please note that the change will only take effect on new notes, and it will not change the visibility of notes that have already been posted. It is always also possible to click on the eye icon to unhide the note before posting it.
