How to set up LinkedIn RSC with Jobylon

About LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect (RCS)

LinkedIn RCS integrates your LinkedIn Recruiter account into Jobylon. Recruiter System Connect (RSC) hooks up LinkedIn Recruiter with your account in Jobylon to make your hiring process a breeze. With this integration, you won't have to switch between different systems anymore. Read more about it on LinkedIn here.

How to set it up

To activate it for your Jobylon account, start by reaching out to your point of contact at Jobylon. We will help configure the integration on our end and guide you on how to complete the set up in your LinkedIn Recruiter account.

How to use it

Once LinkedIn RSC is enabled, all existing data will sync automatically. For larger companies it might take a little while, how long depends on the amount of candidates that your company have in the account.

  • You can track the progress by heading to your company settings followed by "LinkedIn"

  • When the synchronization is complete, you will see a button labeled "Show LinkedIn Configurations." Clicking this button will open the configuration settings.

  1. Verify Your LinkedIn Contract
    In the top-right corner, confirm that the displayed LinkedIn contract is correct. If your organization has multiple contracts for different markets, ensure you connect the appropriate contract to the right account. Jobylon supports connecting multiple contracts if needed.

  2. Connect Your Contract

    • Click "Connect".

    • Tick the box for the sourcing package (this will automatically select the reporting package as well).

  3. Set Up Your Configurations
    Now, it's time to customize your integration settings. Please note that once these configurations are saved, they cannot be changed, so review them carefully:

    • Historical Data: Decide if you want to sync all data in your account or only data from a specific date onward.

    • Job Statuses: Choose which statuses to sync (Published, Closed, Archived).

    • Hidden, Internal, and Confidential Jobs: By default, these will not be synced. If you want to include them, uncheck the corresponding boxes.

  4. Save Your Settings 🎉
    Once you save, the syncing process will begin. You can monitor the progress using a progress bar on the settings page in Jobylon. When the sync is complete, all admins will receive a notification.
