The Swedish Public Employment Service has recently launched a more modern technical platform for its services. To ensure that your job advertising continues to run smoothly and benefit from the latest improvements, we now need to migrate all our customers to this new integration.
What does this mean for you?
For Jobylon to continue publishing your job ads directly to the Swedish Public Employment Service, you need to provide digital consent. This is a one-time action that confirms Jobylon as your chosen recruitment tool.
It’s quick: The process is simple and usually takes no more than two minutes to complete.
Important: This needs to be done as soon as possible. We require time to migrate you to the new integration, as the current one will be discontinued at the end of March.
How to proceed:
Follow the steps below to activate the new connection:
Go to arbetsformedlingen.se and log in as an employer.
Go to My Pages and click on Advertise in Platsbanken.
Click on Manage consents – search for VONQ (the platform we use for the integration).
Add your consent key:

What if I don’t have an account with the Swedish Public Employment Service?
In some cases, you may not have an account even if you are using the current integration. In that case, you will need to create an account.
After creating a login, you will receive an activation code to verify the organization you select. If you have a digital mailbox (recommended), the activation code will be sent there directly. Otherwise, it will be sent by post to your workplace address.
Once you receive the code, you can complete the process.
