A guide on how to set up the new integration between Arbetsförmedlingen & Jobylon
Update to the Arbetsförmedlingen integration
Arbetsförmedlingen (the Swedish Public Employment Service) has launched a new technical platform. To ensure you can continue advertising without interruption, all customers must migrate to the new integration.
Prerequisite: You must first grant Jobylon digital consent via Arbetsförmedlingen which we sent out information about a couple of weeks ago, if you haven't done this already, you can read how to do it here (2 min).
Time required: Approx. 5 minutes.
Step 1: Activate the channel on your account

Click on your profile picture and select Settings > Promotion Contracts.
Click Add contract and search for "Arbetsförmedlingen."
Enter your Employer ID (you can find this at Arbetsförmedlingen).
💡 Do you have multiple sub-accounts? Add one integration per account and name them under "Groups." This allows your users to easily select the correct sender when publishing.
Set "How long in days..." to choose the default period for your ads (this can be changed per job later).
Scroll down to the bottom and click Add to my contracts.

Step 2: How to Advertise (New Flow)
Go to your job post and click Advertise.
In the menu on the left, click Contracts. This is where the new integration is located.
Click Add to campaign and then Next.
Check that the pre-filled fields are correct and fill in any missing information.
Review your order on the final page and click Order.

🙋 Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the old and new integration? The main difference is that Arbetsförmedlingen has updated its platform technically to ensure continued functional integration with external recruitment systems.
We have also taken the opportunity to rebuild the flow for how you publish ads to Arbetsförmedlingen. By sending more fields directly from Jobylon, you no longer need to manually supplement information after the ad is published. Additionally, changes to your job ad are now automatically synced with Arbetsförmedlingen.
Furthermore, you can now choose from over 3,000 different job sites to configure on your account with just a few clicks- including both free options and paid channels. In connection with this, we are launching Jobylon Marketplace. One of the biggest highlights is our smart recommendations, which remove the guesswork; the system now automatically suggests the most relevant channels based on your specific job role.
Where do I find my Employer ID? Your Employer ID is the same as your organization number at Arbetsförmedlingen. You can find it by logging into "Mina sidor" (My Pages) at Arbetsförmedlingen under the company settings/organization tab.
Why don't I see Arbetsförmedlingen in the regular list? Because this is a new, improved integration, it is now located under the "Contracts" tab in the advertising menu, rather than the general list of channels. The long-term plan is to move all contracts to this view so that the new interface eventually replaces the existing one.
Do I have to do this for every job ad? No, Step 1 (adding the contract under Promotion Contracts) is only done once by an administrator. Once that is complete, all colleagues can use the new integration immediately.
What happens if I haven't given digital consent? Without digital consent, the connection between Jobylon and Arbetsförmedlingen will not be technically approved. This is a requirement from Arbetsförmedlingen to ensure we have the right to publish ads on your behalf.
