All charts and KPI's on the page are based on the filters and segmentation defined by you at the top of the page. Here you can also save your filters for easy access and even share them externally through public links (with an expiration).

The filters are a powerful tool, allowing you to drill down in the data based on a number of different factors such as date, users, categories, jobs and a lot more.

At the top of the page, you will be presented with a number of KPI's and numbers based on your filtering. The arrows and colors indicate how the KPI have changed compared to the previous period. Let's say you set the date filter to view data from February, the numbers would then be compared to the previous month, January. Similarly if you select 2020, the data is then compared to 2019, etc.

On the page, you will be presented with a number of charts and graphs. Each chart has a brief explanatory text which you can view if you hover over the ❓ mark.

You can interact with some of the charts to further break down the data on various criteria. For example the Top Sources chart presents the sources that generates most amount of applicants but you can also change the chart to present your top sources for Hired or Rejected candidates to better understand the quality of the source.

If needed, you can also export the chart to a PNG image or a CSV file.
