How do you interpret a table?
All rating questions (0-10) that are not the NPS questions are usually displayed in table form in the dashboard (learn more about how you change graph type to table here).
To the left of the table, under "date", you can see what each row of the result equals and in the example above it is date that is the comparison (last 6 months is the chosen period):
If you have added a filter and for example chosen to compare with recruiter, each row will instead represent each recruiter's result (read more about filters here).
Among the columns to the right, "average" is the column that shows the result for the question:
Here you can see that 4.6 is the average for 2021-06, 5.0 is the average for 2021-05 and so on. The row at the bottom of the table, where the average is 5.3, shows the total average for the chosen period (in this case the last 6 months).
To understand your result, it's good to have a look further to the right in the table, at the benchmarks:
There are two types of benchmarks: Global average (the globe): the average for all Trustcruit users. My company (the house): the average for your company. In the example above, all data is displayed which makes the result for the question the same as the company average. If you have added a filter or if you are looking at a segment the average and benchmark might differ.
By looking at the average and comparing with the benchmark, you can see if your result is above or below average. In the example above, you can see that the total average (9.5) is slightly below the global average (9.7), and the company's performance on the question is therefore slightly below average.
To the far right of the table, you can see how many responses there are in total:
Just like the other columns, one row shows the total number of responses for each month, and the row at the bottom shows the total number of responses for the chosen period.
