How do you interpret the single value?
Single value is good to use if you want to have a table that is easy to understand, without too much numbers (read more about how to change graph type to single value here). When you choose the single value graph, you get a clear view of the result:
The number in the middle shows the average result for the chosen time period (in this case the last 12 months). The number will have different color depending on whether the result is below or above the global average (the globe icon = the average for all Trustcruit users): Green number = the result is above average Orange number = the result is the same as or close to average Red number = the result is below average
If the number is black it is because it is a question that no one else is using, and that it's therefore not possible to have a global benchmark.
You can see the benchmark at the bottom of the card, where the globe is the global average and the house is your company's average. In the example above, you can see that the result for the Stockholm office (that the card is filtered on) is lower than both the global average and the company average.
Above the red/orange/green number, you can see the trend for the result, which in the example above is +7.2. The trend shows the average development of the result over the chosen period (the last 12 months). In the example above you can see that the result has improved. If the trend had been negative, there would have been a minus before the trend.
You can also see the number of responses in the right corner.
