What is feedback?
Feedback is a view where you can see a list of all respondents. You can use feedback to make a qualitative analysis of each response and to get a better understanding of what has affected the respondent's experience.
How can I use feedback?
When you go to the feedback page, you can see a list of all respondents. You can then filter the responses based on steps, CNPS category, text answers and average rating to find the responses you want to look at:
In the example above, the responses are filtered based on the interview step, with only detractors who have left text answers.
You can also search in text answers in the top field. For example, by searching on "feedback" you can get a list of all respondents who have mentioned that in their text answers.
