What are surveys?

Surveys is a page where you can see the candidate count and response rate. You can also view your forms and get an overview of each form's responses.

How can I see my response rate?

You can easily see your response rate in the first of the three columns:

The percentage to the left shows your response rate for each form. The capped percentage shows our global average, which is the average response rate for everyone who uses Trustcruit.

How can I see the number of opened surveys?

To see the number of opened surveys, which is the number of respondents who have clicked the email link, you can view the middle column:

Like the response rate, the percentage to the left shows your open survey rate while the capped percentage shows the global average.

How can I see how many surveys that have been sent?

You can easily see how many forms that have been sent for each survey in the column to the right:

The number to the left shows how many surveys that have been sent out, while the number to the right shows how many candidate Trustcruit has imported in total. In the example above, the numbers are the same but it is common that they differ. The reason for this is that you probably have candidates who have applied for several positions. To avoid spamming their inbox, they do not receive several forms if they have applied for several jobs in the recent time.

How can I view my surveys?

By clicking the "show survey" button, you can see what each form looks like. You can always try out the feedback surveys by clicking on different answer options in the form. Nothing is saved, it's only a test-form. Something that is also good to know is that the forms normally are available in multiple languages. When a respondent clicks on the link in the email, the form is displayed in the same language as the respondent has on his/her browser. The respondent can easily change the language on the form by browsing the top of all available languages.

How can I see the responses for each survey?

By clicking each survey, you can see an overview of their respective responses. If you for example press the "application" survey, you are sent to a page where all the responses for that survey are gathered:

This will provide a quick overview over the responses you have received on the chosen survey. To further analyse the data, however, we recommend using the function reports instead. This is because when using reports, the filtering you do is saved until the next time you log in. That way, you don't have to do the filtering each time, since you build complete reports that you can return to. Read more about how to use the report function here.
