How to send Refapp Background Checks
Step 1
Starting from the dashboard, click on the desired job.
To configure your settings, click the relevant Refapp button.
Step 2
Here you can:
Select a subaccount
Package for background checks
End by saving the integration
Automatically sending Refapp background checks based on candidate status
If you want to automatically send Refapp background checks when a candidate’s status changes, follow these steps:
Navigate to Pipeline Actions in a job position.
Click Create Action next to the status you want to automate.
Choose Partner Integrations as the action type.
Select Refapp background checks as the integration and save.
With this setup, the Refapp background checks will automatically be sent when a candidate moves to the selected status.
There is also an option to automatically move candidates based on their test score. Learn more about it here
Manually sending Refapp background checks
From the list view:
Select the candidates you want to send for background checking
Click "Refapp Background check
From the candidate card:
Click on the 3 dots
Followed by "Send to Refapp background checks
How to view results in Jobylon
To view candidate results, open the relevant job position. You should now see the test score displayed as a new column.
If you do not see the scores:
Click Customize list
Enable Refapp background checks
The results column will now appear.
To view detailed results, click on the candidate’s name.
Here you can see the partner card including it's status. You can also directly access Refapp through the link to get more information.
