The New Jobylon Promote Page: Contracts & Marketplace
The Jobylon Promote page has been redesigned to give you more power and flexibility in how you advertise your roles. This update introduces two distinct ways to reach candidates:
Your Promotion Contracts: Use your organization's existing, pre-negotiated agreements with specific job boards.
The Jobylon Marketplace: Gain instant access to over 3,000 job boards and multiposting channels - no existing contracts required.
🛠️ Step 1: Manage Your Promotion Contracts (Optional)
If you have existing agreements with specific job boards, set them up here first. If you only want to use the Marketplace, you can skip to Step 2.
Click on My Company > Promotion Contracts.
Click Add Contract to begin.
Search for the job board and fill out the mandatory fields (marked with a *).
Scroll down and click Save.
Done! These contracts will now appear as "Direct" alternatives when you promote a job.
🔊 Step 2: Promote your jobs using the new page and explore the marketplace
Now, let’s look at how to use your contracts or explore the Marketplace.
Click Promote on the job you want to advertise.
If you see a menu on the left, click Other Channels to access the new experience.
Choose your path:
To use your own contracts: Click Add to Campaign on any contract you set up in Step 1.
To go straight to the Marketplace: Simply click Next without selecting any contracts.
Information Review: Jobylon will automatically fill in details from your job ad. Wait for "Loading suggestions" to complete, review the data for your selected contracts (if any), and click Next.

🛒 Explore the Marketplace
Once you move past the contract stage, you enter the Marketplace. This is where the magic happens:
Targeted Suggestions: Based on your job ad’s audience and location, the Marketplace suggests the most effective job boards for that specific role.
3,000+ Channels: Access a massive variety of niche and global job boards instantly.
Easy Checkout: Simply add your chosen marketplace options to your cart and proceed to the final order page.
Order Review: On the final page, double-check your order (both your own contracts and Marketplace additions) and click Order Campaign.
How do I track my promotions?
Click Promote on any job to see its "Campaign Overview." You can monitor the status, order date, total spend, and the audience targeted for every channel you've used.
