How to export company audit logs

A guide for Admins on how to download and interpret company-wide security and access data

To help you maintain security compliance and monitor platform activity, you can use our self-service Audit Log Export. This allows you to download a comprehensive history of user actions and authentication events directly from your dashboard.


How to Export Logs

  1. Log in to Jobylon and navigate to "My company".

  2. Locate the User activity log in the menu.

  3. Click Export CSV to download the latest activity report.


What’s Included in the Report?

Event Category

Event Type

Description

Authentication

login_success

User successfully logged into the platform. Including the method used (SSO or Credentials) and if MFA was required.

login_fail

An unsuccessful login attempt occurred.

logout_success

User logged out (includes system-initiated timeouts).

password_changed

User manually updated their password.

password_reset

A password reset was requested or completed.

Access & Permissions

access_given

A new user was granted access to the platform.

access_removed

A user's access to the platform was revoked.

permission_granted

Specific additional permissions were added to a user.

permission_removed

Specific permissions were removed from a user.

role_updated

A user's overall role (e.g., Admin to Member) was changed.

User Management

active_status_updated

A user was toggled between active and inactive.

deleted

The user account was deleted from the system.

anonymized

User data was scrubbed/anonymized for privacy compliance.

Email Preferences

email_subscribed

User opted-in to system or marketing emails.

email_unsubscribed

User opted-out of email communications.
