To help you maintain security compliance and monitor platform activity, you can use our self-service Audit Log Export. This allows you to download a comprehensive history of user actions and authentication events directly from your dashboard.
How to Export Logs
Log in to Jobylon and navigate to "My company".
Locate the User activity log in the menu.
Click Export CSV to download the latest activity report.
What’s Included in the Report?
Event Category | Event Type | Description |
Authentication |
| User successfully logged into the platform. Including the method used (SSO or Credentials) and if MFA was required. |

| An unsuccessful login attempt occurred. |
|
| User logged out (includes system-initiated timeouts). |
|
| User manually updated their password. |
|
| A password reset was requested or completed. |
Access & Permissions |
| A new user was granted access to the platform. |
|
| A user's access to the platform was revoked. |
|
| Specific additional permissions were added to a user. |
|
| Specific permissions were removed from a user. |
|
| A user's overall role (e.g., Admin to Member) was changed. |
User Management |
| A user was toggled between active and inactive. |

| The user account was deleted from the system. |

| User data was scrubbed/anonymized for privacy compliance. |
Email Preferences |
| User opted-in to system or marketing emails. |
