Connecting your calendar with Jobylon simplifies the interview scheduling process, letting you focus on the interview itself. This feature streamlines coordination by allowing you to set your availability and integrate video conferencing tools.

How to set it up
By connecting your calendar in Jobylon, you will configure the self scheduling feature.
Head over to "My profile" > "Connected accounts" > "Set up Scheduler"
Once you have set it up, it should now have appeared successfully as a "Connected account" To set up settings for the scheduler, simply go ahead and click on "Configuration"
Now it’s time to set up your availability to be displayed on your self-scheduling link. As described, the blue indicates selectable time slots on your link, while the grey represents non-selectable ones. Tip: To select multiple slots at once, click and drag across them. Finish by selecting your time zone, and when you’re done, click "Save new rules."
Let's move on to the last step of configuring your self scheduling link. Next to "Availability", you'll find "Other settings"
These settings control the events on your self-scheduling link. You can specify the duration of each appointment, the lead time required for booking, and other related details.
These settings will be applied by default when sharing your link with candidates, but you can still make adjustments for each link before it is sent to the candidate. See this article for more information.
Connect your external video provider, Conferencing profiles
By connecting your calendar in the first step, you are automatically given the integration to your video provider. This is shown under "Conferencing profiles" and will be visible as an option to include when sending the self scheduling link to candidates.
