What is the overview?

On the overview page, you can get a quick understanding of the result for your company. With "Company ranking", you can see how your company is doing compared to everybody else who uses Trustcruit. The function "Strengths and weaknesses" gives you an instant analysis of which questions you perform above and below average on, and through "Internal Performance" you can see an internal ranking of your own segments.

The data that is displayed on the overview is called Key Metrics. You can also add the key metrics to your boards.

You can easily change your overview by clicking the "edit overview" button in the top right corner:

How does the Company ranking work?

Company ranking is one of our most useful functions in the dashboard, especially if you want to have an overview and compare your result to our global average. As the image above shows, you can quickly see if you are performing above or below average, as well as what your trend looks like. The further the green graph goes, the closer you are to the top of the ranking. If your result is below average, the graph is yellow or red, if your result is closer to the bottom.

It is possible to compare the ranking to the global average (all companies that use Trustcruit) or to the sector your company is within (private or public). You can easily change the comparison by pressing the blue button at the top.

The graph also shows your trend, which is the development of your result from the previous period to the current period. For example, if you are viewing the previous quarter, the trend will show the development of the result from the quarter before that to the previous quarter.

How does strengths and weaknesses work?

Strengths and weaknesses shows a list with your rating (0-10) and Yes/No questions and gives you a ranking of the questions to show which ones you perform best versus worst on. That way, you get an instant analysis of which questions you might want to work with without having to look at any numbers.

The analysis is done by comparing your company's result on each question with all other data points on that specific question. The more colour a bar has, the further from the average the result is. If the bar is red or yellow, you are performing below average and if it is green, the result is above average.

You can choose which form to view by pressing the "edit" button in the top right corner, and changing to another alternative. If you have created segments, you can also filter on different segments. You can either compare with the global average (all Trustcruit users) or within your company (if you want to compare a segment against the company average).

What is Customer performance?

On the customer performance section, you can see how your segments are performing in comparison to each other, which gives you an internal ranking. Please note that you need to have segments for this feature to work. The internal performance shows which segments are performing above your company average, and which are performing below average:

You can filter on different forms by pressing the "edit" button in the top right corner.
