What is the import function?
The import function is used by clients that send out surveys via file imports. The files are uploaded in the dashboard and controlled by Trustcruit before they are imported. When the file has been imported, the surveys will be be sent to the email addresses that were included in the file.
How do I import?
Press the setting button in the bottom left corner in the dashboard and go to "import/export".
Select what to import to. In some cases, there will only be one option to choose in the list. If there are several options, it can for example be about selecting which language the survey email is going to be sent in.
Upload the file, either by clicking "browse" or by dragging and dropping the file into the dotted field.
Select what type of survey to send and then press "upload".
All done! Trustcruit will now control the file and import it, which will take up to 24 hours.
What is the export function?
The export function can be used to withdraw the data in an Excel file. The file is formatted to be able to imported into a BI system. If your surveys are anonymous you need at least 3 responses on a question for the data to be included, but if the survey is non anonymous all data will be included.
