How do you remove a user?

To remove a user, press the gear symbol in the left bottom corner and then "My Company" -> "Users":

On this page, you can see which users have access to the account if you are an admin. To remove a user, simply press the "Remove" button next to the user's name.

If you want to remove a user that only has access to a segment, go to that segment in the dashboard and press "Manage users":

You are then sent to a page where you can see who has access to the segment, and you can press "Remove" next to the user's name to remove the user.

Something that is good to note is that Trustcruit uses One Time Passwords (OTP) for login. Because of this, a person who has left their employment will not be able to login to the dashboard when they no longer have access to the work email they used to sign up for Trustcruit.
