Our video meeting tool makes it easy to have video meetings within Jobylon. To get started, just go to the calendar view to schedule an appointment with the candidate and make sure "Video meeting" is activated:

After the meeting has been scheduled, you can access the meeting through the candidate card by pressing on "Video link":

Pressing the link will open up a new window. Here, you can choose which camera and audio devices to use, and if you wish to start the meeting, click on the link at the top:

After joining the meeting, this view will pop up:

When you are in the meeting, you can turn off your microphone or camera, share the screen, access the chat or end the meeting from the buttons at the bottom of the screen:

From the upper right corner, you're able to access more advanced settings:
