You can always find applicants by of course searching for their name, assigned tags or what jobs they've applied to - as well as using our filters and facets to quickly find specific segments based on your needs.

In addition, you can also use our advanced search to find applicants based on key words within their submitted documents and application such as CV and Cover Letter.

Firstly, define where you're going to perform your search, within all documents or perhaps only the CV. Secondly, you can easily select what key words you want to either include or exclude before performing your search. It's as easy as that!

You can even search for partials by using * and save your search for easy access at a later stage.
