Enable approval workflows for your offers

In this guide, we'll show you step-by-step how to approve offers for new hires before sending them to candidates.


To learn how to create the actual offer template, click here. But now, let's dig into how to set up the approval for your offer πŸ˜ƒ

  1. On each offer template, you'll find an 'Offer Approval' option where you can choose whether to enable it or not. Simply leave it empty if you don't wish to activate offer approvals for your offer process.

  2. If you decide to enable it for your offer template, search and add your approvers to initiate the creation of your approval chain. You can assign multiple approvers to each step, and only one of them will be required for approval.

3. Now, let's move on to the triggering of the approval flow. On the application you want to trigger the offer, start by moving them to the status where you have offers enabled. Continue by clicking "Create offer"

4. In the "Send offer" pop-up, there will now be a new approval section. Here you can view the people added to the approval chain.

5. Once you click 'Request Approval,' an email will, in this case, be sent to both Nicole and Karin. Upon approval from either Nicole or Karin, an email will be sent to Matilda. Once Matilda approves the offer, it will be automatically sent to the candidate.
