How do I get started?
Once you have an agreement with Hubert AI, you need to contact Jobylon to have the integration activated. Jobylon and Hubert will link your accounts, and once the activation is complete, you will be informed.
How to connect Hubert AI to your jobs
Once the integration has been enabled in your account, an icon will appear on your jobs. To enable it, simply click on the icon followed by the integration (Hubert AI)
2. On the next page, select your template and threshold. Continue by clicking "Save" The integration is now enabled for that specific job.
Tip! By enabling the integration on your job templates, this procedure only have to be done once, as the settings will follow every time you create a new job using that job template.
How to send Hubert AI to candidates
There are a couple of different ways to send candidates to Hubert AI. You can set up an automatic sending, or send it manually from the candidate view, or in manually in bulk from the application list.
Sending candidates to Hubert AI using Jobylon's Pipeline actions
To automate the process of sending candidates to Hubert AI, we are using Jobylon's feature called "Pipeline actions" which is found as an icon on the jobs overview. Click on this icon to start the process of setting up your automations
2. On the next page, select the status you want to activate the automation for by clicking "Create action"
3. Continue by selecting the action "Partner integration"
4. On this page, you select the candidate type, followed by conditions of your choice. Once you've made your choices, make sure to select "hubert AI" in the last step and save the action.
And that's it! All candidates that matches the conditions set and that are moved to that specific status will automatically be sent to Hubert AI.
Automatically move candidates based on their scores
Next, you can advance candidates in your process based on the scores they receive from Hubert.
Go to the pipe line action page (same page as above) and select "Move based on score"
2. Similar to the steps explained above, start by selecting the candidate type, followed by the conditions of your choice and the partner integration (Hubert AI). Finally, choose the status you want the candidate to be moved to based on a specific score range.
How to manually send candidates to Hubert AI
You can send candidates either in bulk from the applicant list or individually from the candidate view. Let's start to have a look at applicant list.
Sending candidates to Hubert AI from the applicant list
Select the candidates you want to send to Hubert, or select all (circled in the image below) and click "Send to Hubert AI" This action will send all the selected candidates to Hubert

Open the candidate you want to send to Hubert and click on the three dots followed by "Send to Hubert AI"
How to view Hubert Scores in Jobylon
There are two views in Jobylon where you can view the scores, from the candidate view, and the list view.
Scores in the list view
To make the scores appear in the list view, you have to enable it using the cog-wheel to the right on your screen. Check the box "Display Hubert AI attributes" This will give you a new column with scores
2. Click on the column "Hubert AI" to sort your candidates based on their scores
Scores in the candidate view
1. The score is also visible in the candidate view. At the top, you'll see the score number, and by scrolling down, you'll find the partner card. This card provides more details, including direct links to the Hubert platform and an option to re-trigger the action.
2. On the partner card at the bottom of the candidate profile, you'll find several actions. One arrow directs you to Hubert's platform, another to a shareable application summary, and the third allows you to re-send the candidate to Hubert.
