In the competitive job market, including actual salaries or clear salary ranges in job advertisements has become a common practice. This approach aims to build trust with potential candidates and streamline the hiring process by setting clear expectations.

How to enable it

As administrator of your account you can enable this feature in your account by heading over to "Tools and Settings" on your company settings page

Once enabled, you will have the option to configure it. On this page, select the default currency and frequency for creating job ads. You can also choose to make it mandatory, requiring hiring managers to specify a salary or salary range when creating a job listing.

Once configured, the salary question will appear as a field when creating job ads.

If you click "range," you'll have the option to set a salary range instead of a specific salary.
