Jobylon's Co-Pilot feature is designed to make writing job ads and creating screening questions easier. Based on your company’s settings, Co-Pilot helps you craft job ads that fit your specific needs and suggests relevant screening questions. Whether you're refining your job descriptions or setting up questions for candidates, Co-Pilot offers helpful guidance to streamline the process

To enable the feature, reach out to your point of contact at Jobylon, or the support team and they will make sure to get you started!

How to set it up

  1. Once you have it enabled, head over to your company settings followed by "Co-Pilot Settings"

2. Get started by adding some information about your company, this information will later on be taken into account when creating the job. Example of an instruction could be:

"We are an enterprise company with over 5,000 employees, and we want our tone of voice to reflect that. A well-written, formal language should be used, with absolutely no use of emojis. Our company culture is built on professionalism, integrity, and collaboration. We value clear, concise communication, and our employees are known for their expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence. We foster a supportive environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring that every message we deliver aligns with our core values and high standards."

3. As a next step, you select if you want to enable the functionality for both drafting job ads, job skills and suggesting screening questions. For each option, you will be asked to give it instructions.

Additional Context

4. As an extra layer, you also have the option to set "Additional Context" The properties you select will be used by Jobylon AI when generating the content. Let's have a look at it below:

  • Start with selecting one or several properties you want Co-pilot to take into consideration when drafting the job for you. Once you've added the additional context, you are ready to start drafting the job ad.

How to to use it

Let's move on to the part where the magic happens! It's time to create the job ad, based on the settings you have set.

Job Description & Job skills

  1. Start by creating a new job or editing an existing one. Fill out all required fields, such as Job Owner, Job Title, and any other relevant fields that may vary based on your account's structure. If you added "Additional Context" in the Co-Pilot settings, Co-Pilot will use that specific context when drafting the job ad for you.

For example, if you selected "Industry" as an Additional Context, the industry you choose while creating the ad will be considered by Co-Pilot when drafting the job ad.

The Co-Pilot icon will appear next to the sections of the job ad where you've enabled it. This also applies to screening questions, which we'll cover later

2. It's time to click the magic button! Once you do, the Co-Pilot will begin generating content for you. The example below was created by the Co-Pilot.

Screening Questions

3. When you proceed to the 'Application Form,' you'll have access to Co-pilot (Jobylon AI) to help you generate screening questions. Simply click 'Suggest,' and the AI will provide questions tailored to the content you've already created.

4. In the pop-up, you can add your preferred questions to the application form or regenerate as many new ones as you like.

5. As with regular questions, you can edit and customize the AI-generated ones as you wish

That's it! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out—our amazing support team is still available in human form! 💙
