Your Jobylon dashboard gives you a personalized overview of key information. By adding and customizing widgets, you can tailor your dashboard to display the most relevant data at a glance. Let’s explore the different widget types and how you can use saved searches to customize your view.

  • To start adding widgets, click on "Customize widget" and choose the ones you want to include on your dashboard

🧩 Widget Types

You can build your dashboard using different types of widgets. Here’s how each one works:

Custom Note

💡 Use this to highlight important updates or announcements

  • Add a custom message to your dashboard.

  • Include text, an image, and an optional link.

Additionally, as an administrator of your account, you have the ability to pin a custom note for your entire company. For example, you can use this feature to wish your team a great start to the week or highlight key KPIs you're currently focusing on. If a custom note widget is pinned, it will immediately appear on your users dashboard.

⚠️ If there are multiple admins on your account, we recommend syncing with each other before pinning widgets, as any changes will be reflected on everyone's dashboard

🔍 Customizing Your Dashboard with Saved Searches

By default, each widget displays relevant data. However, you can refine what appears by using Saved Searches—a feature that allows you to pre-filter data and display only what matters to you.

How to Create and Apply a Saved Search to your Dashboard

Let's walk through it step by step below, along with a short video:

  1. Navigate to your application or job list

  2. Filter the data you want to display on your dashboard

  3. Save your search so you can easily reuse it

  4. Go back to your dashboard

  5. Create a new widget or edit an existing one

  6. Select your saved search and apply it

The video below demonstrates how to display all applications with the status "New" using the "List Widget." There are no limitations on the number of saved searches you can create, allowing you to customize your dashboard with a variety of widgets that suit your needs!

💡 Pro Tips
