What does the integration do?
The Hibob integration lets customers automatically send applications marked as hired to Hibob.
How to set it up
To enable Hibob integration in Jobylon, two pieces of information are needed: a token and a secret. Both can be obtained by contacting Hibob support.
Once the token and secret are delivered to Jobylon, the integration can be configured.
Integration Usage
When the integration is activated and the application is set to "Hired", a "Send to Hibob" button will appear on the application.
Once the applicant is sent to Hibob, a "new hire notification" will be created in Hibob. When the notifications are accessed, a new hire form opens with the following information pre-populated:
First name
Last name
Email
Phone
Job title
