In Jobylon there are different permission levels which are customised based on the level of access your team and certain individuals need. This guide will help you pick the most suitable access role for your team.

Each user has to be invited to Jobylon with one of the four roles: Account owner, admin, manager or member. In addition to this, managers and members need to be given certain permissions if they need access to recruitments or candidates. Below we will go through both the roles and the permissions one by one.

Roles

Account Owner
The account owner is the highest level in Jobylon and there can only be one in each account. The account owner got full access to all jobs, applications and settings. What differs the account owner from an admin is that the account owner also have access to all hidden applications in the account. Read more about hidden applications here.

Admin
An Admin got full access to all jobs, applications and settings. Admins are also the only users who can permanently delete data (such as applications or jobs).

Manager
As a Manager you can create jobs, edit jobs and be invited to other hiring teams. Read more here.

Member
A Member must be invited to a hiring team to get access. Cannot create jobs.

Recruiter

Can only upload, see and manage applications from their own agency. Read more about it here.

Here's also a video going through the roles:

Access levels

When Members and Managers are invited to certain Hiring Teams, they can within that recruitment belong to one of the following roles:

Viewer
Can view and comment on applicants within the recruitment they are invited to. Viewers also have access to feedback forms, star ratings, and scheduled events.

Interviewer

In the same way as viewers, Interviewers can view and comment and they also have access to feedback forms, star ratings, and scheduled events. The difference is that Interviewers are only given access to specific applications, not to the whole recruitment as viewers are.

Collaborator
Collaborators have full access to the applicants within the recruitment they are invited to. Meaning that they also can contact the candidates as viewers and interviewers can't.
