What is really the difference between closing and archiving a job? Let's have a look 👀

When a job reaches its application date, it will automatically be set to Closed. This will un-publish the job, restricting anyone from applying to it! You can also choose to close your job manually as shown below.

A Closed job is however still seen as an active recruitment since you are most likely screening and working with the candidates. When the recruitment is done (hopefully after you've found your Hire 🙏🏼) you are ready to Archive it.

Please note that Archiving jobs does not delete any data, you are just moving your recruitment away from your Active positions.
