With feedback forms, you can easily create a structure for your interviews. Create different types of questions that are easy for the hiring managers to fill out. And most importantly, gather feedback equally on all candidates.

Below we go through the process of creating the form, adding it to jobs and submitting and requesting feedback.

Step 1. Creating the feedback form

To get started, navigate to "My company -> "Feedback forms". From here, you can create a new form as well as add a description.

Once you have created the form, you can add questions. On the right side of each question, you can determine if you wish to make the question mandatory. This means the question needs to be answered in order to submit the form later on.

If you do not wish for your agency recruiters to be able to see the form, you can mark the form internal through the bottom right corner. After you have added the questions, click on "Save" to save your changes.

Step 2. Adding the form to jobs

Great work creating the form! Now, let's add it to the job we want to use it on. Go to "Jobs" and then click on the edit button on the job you want to add the form to:

In the editing view, go to section "3. Job settings":

Here, you can add the form in "Feedback form". Once you have added all the forms you wish to use on the job, simply Save your changes. After you have saved the changes, it should not take more than 15 minutes for the form to become visible on the candidate profiles under the job.

Pro tip! If you want the forms to be added to jobs automatically, you can add the form to a job template. This way, all jobs created based on the template will automatically have the form available.

Step 4. a) Submitting feedback

To submit feedback, simply click on "+ Feedback" -> "Submit own feedback". Next, you will be asked which form you want to fill out. After you have selected the form, you can get to filling out the answers!

Lastly, click on "Submit" and your feedback will be submitted!

Step 4. b) Requesting feedback

With feedback forms 2.0, requesting feedback is easier than ever! Simply navigate to the feedback tab, click on "+ Feedback" -> "Request feedback".

Now, a pop-up window should open up

From here, you can select which feedback form you wish the user to fill, add a due date and reminders, and finally add who the task should be assigned to and if there should be any followers. Followers can track the progress of the task, but they will not be reminded of filling the task. Once you have filled out all the information, you can click on "Request".

Once the request has been sent, a task will be created for the users you selected, and they will get an email notifying that feedback has been requested.
