Group interviews are used for hosting interviews with several candidates in one meeting. They are great for high-volume recruitments where it is common to interview many candidates at the same time.
Inviting candidates to group interviews is simple, let's go through it step by step below. π

Start bulk selecting the candidates you want to invite for your group interviews
βClick on the calendar symbol
βFill in all necessary fields such as email template, duration of the meeting, etc.
βContinue by selecting the time slots you want to send out
βFill in the number of seats you want your events to host

When you have sent the invite(s), your candidates will receive an email where they have the possibility to select one of the suggested timeslots (See image below). Once one or more of the time slots are fully booked, they will be removed as an option for candidates who have not yet selected a time slot. First come, first served.
