To better manage your candidates and applications, Jobylon offers you simple ways of either moving or copying applications from one job to another.
Move Application
Moving applications from one job to another makes sense where the application is better suited for another project. To move an applicant, simply click the Move icon and select what job you'd like to move the applicant to.
When moving the applicant, you can search through all your positions and while moving you can also update the status of the applicant if needed.
Copy Application
Similar to move, you can also copy applications from one job to another. Copy is naturally better suited if you need to keep the original application in its place and just create a copy of it in another job.
You'll find Copy under the dropdown as shown in the screenshot.
Just as Move, you will be asked to search and select the position you want to copy the application to.
When an application is copied, it is clearly marked just below the applicant's contact details as well as in the log.
