You can easily manage several candidates at once. By filtering and selecting a desired segment, you can for example choose to message all applicants, propose interviews or move them all to a certain stage - all in a few clicks.

Of course, any email correspondence is sent out as individual e-mail (allowing you to for example send multiple rejection e-mails while still keeping it personal).

Just check the applicants you'd like to perform an action on and you will see the toolbar light up.

Pro tip ☝🏼You can even Save your search to the left by creating a shortcut to it and even have Jobylon e-mail you as soon as new applicants enter your saved segment.
