As an admin in Jobylon, you can with a few clicks invite colleagues to start working in Jobylon. Before sending the invitation you need to select the user's role. You can read more about Permission Levels and Roles here.

Click on your profile picture in the upper right corner
Select "My Company" followed by "Team Settings"
Click on "Invite new user" fill in e-mail and select type of permission level before sending the invitation.
The invited user will shortly receive login instructions.
