Our hidden jobs feature is a way of creating jobs without them being public. This means that the job is active in Jobylon but not shown for the public, unless it is specifically shared through its URL.

When can hidden jobs be used?

Hidden jobs are great to use if you need a general "bucket" to source / add applicants too. It's also a great way to share specific job ads to to a selected audience (for ex student fairs or events) without having to share the ad on your career page.

  1. Create a job as usual or edit an existing one.

  2. Fill in all required fields.

  3. Scroll down and tick in the box "Unlist and hide job"

  4. Save and your job is published but only accessible though the URL.
