Anonymous recruitment is a feature that needs to be configured with the help of your Jobylon contact person. Please reach out to your contact person or our chat to get started!

Anonymous recruitment makes it possible to auto-anonymize selected application information on selected jobs. Once the feature has been configured, the job settings will have a flip "Anonymous Recruitment":

In the settings, you can select which recruitment stages will not be included in the anonymization. In the example here, the candidates in the "Offer" stage will show information normally, but in all other stages, their application information will be anonymized.

It is possible to anonymize different application information depending on how the configuration is made. In our example, the configuration will anonymize the first and last name, and the email address of the applicant. If the applicant is moved to the stage "Offer", the information will be revealed.
