Per default, Jobylon will prevent the same candidate from reapplying to the same position. Duplicate candidates, identified through e-mail, will not be able to apply to the same position within a time limit of 90 days but will instead receive an automated e-mail that their application was not submitted.

The setting can however be overwritten for specific jobs by shortening or extending the time-limit.

When creating or updating a Job, you will find these configurations under the Job Settings tab as seen below. From here, you can both change the duration of days which prevents candidates from reapplying as well as selecting what e-mail to send them when they try. Email templates are configure as always by permitted users from your company settings, under Email Template.
