If you are an Administrator of your Jobylon account, you can easily create pre-defined E-mail templates for other Hiring Managers to use.

Using templates is a great way to not only save your colleagues a lot of time but youโ€™re also making sure that your candidate communication is aligned with your employer brand and internal guidelines.

  1. Click on your profile picture followed by "My Company"

  2. Go to "Message Templates"

  3. Select if you want to create a "Regular" or "Confirmation" e-mail template (Read about the difference below)

  4. Create your email and feel free to use the dynamic placeholders to keep your messages personal and relevant.

  5. You can also set a trigger and let Jobylon know where to move the applicant after sending the message. For ex when sending a rejection e-mail, you might want to automatically move the applicant to the stage Rejected.

Regular e-mails are messages you actively choose to send to applicants (such as rejection e-mails).

Confirmation e-mails are automatically sent out to all applicants when applying to your jobs.

Duplicate applications are emails that are sent out to candidates who try and apply to the same job using identical e-mails. Read more about this feature here.

Calendar invitations are message templates that be used when you're scheduling in an event.
